The Fellowship of the Ring (wargame)

I have been informed by Simone Di Conza (big tolkien game collector in Italy) that there are two versions of Fellowship of the Ring.
Version 1 No stock number on top right of box. Look at the 2nd picture.
Version 2 Has stock number on top right of the box.
Apparently the difference is not just the stock number on the top right but the contents inside like dice and counters are different in color, etc.
